Dr Philip de Jersey has been the States of Guernsey Archaeologist since 2008. From 1992 to 2007 he was employed at the Institute of Archaeology, University of Oxford, working primarily on the Iron Age and in particular on Iron Age coinage, on which he has published several books and more than one hundred articles.
